► EPISODE 107: Charity Golf Tournaments with Katharine LiMandri

Your favorite redhead is back!

On today's episode, Katharine joins us again to not only recap November's Savvy Giving by Design's Golf Classic, but she also dives into her passion for golf and the key components that go into planning a golf tournament. With nearly 20 tournaments under her belt, Katharine is the definition of an expert.

A management professional for over 14 years, Katharine motivates and assists her clients in achieving even greater profitability by optimizing their operations.

As an Online Business Manager, she works closely with clients to customize and streamline operations, creating more time for them to focus on their talents and what they do best. She tailors services to fit their exact needs, taking the burden of the day-to-day business operations, social media, or (insert your least favorite work task here) off their plate.

Katharine is a native San Diegan and an avid golfer.

In today's episode, we cover the following:

  • Katharine's love of golf and getting into the swing of it

  • Similarities between golf and entrepreneurship

  • Planning a golf tournament without being a golfer vs. planning them as an avid golfer

  • The revenue streams that are possible with golf tournaments

  • What are the things to keep in mind

  • Creating unique and desirable experiences for the guests

  • The stats for Giving Greens—the inaugural Savvy Giving by Design Golf Classic

  • Favorite golf hole stations at the tournament

  • Things to keep in mind for next time

  • Katharine's ins & outs for 2023
